Chris - I've just used RapidReply for the first time. Thanks again. It's MORE than
appreciated. I could not believe how fast it sent my ezine! This is impressive
stuff, sir.
Up until now, being extremely careful with the Internet funds available to me, I have been
using the free version of GroupMail - and although it can be buggy, it served my purpose.
I was on the edge of registering it, because it will only send to 100 addresses at
a time - SLOWLY - with the free version, and it was driving me batty!
Then along comes Chris Kilian with this great offer and I'm really glad I didn't buy the
GroupMail! GroupMail sends to 100 addresses in approximately 14 minutes using my
slow diallup service. RapidReply sent to my 309 subscribers in what I think might be
2 SECONDS. (It caught me off guard - maybe it was 3 seconds - lol)
I would like to let my subscribers know what I'm using in next week's issue. How do I link
them to it - and is there (hopefully- <grin>) and affiliate reseller option tied to
this?

Thank you for having a professional service. I signed up for 2 other free services before
I got to yours, and they were horrible. I canceled after I saw how they placed their
advertising. Big giant pop-up ads were covering up my entire page of information. Not only
is it a waste of my efforts to try to use something like that, I think it would be a waste
for the person paying for that advertising- you would have to be a fool to use the free
service.
The ads on your free service are very tastefully done. I feel comfortable using your free
service for a few days, until I decide which package to buy. I just want to see how the
service works and give it a trial run, before I commit. I do not know what my needs are
yet. The tastefulness of your ads on the free service, the reasonable and flexible pay
options, gives me the impression that you are a stable, quality oriented business. You
seem to be no "hype" just good business, at a good price.

Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful autoresponder/list host system! You
offer all the features I need all put together (and more!)
I particularly like the idea of being able to set the ezine to go out in advance - in the
past this has been abit of a headache if I need to do something else on a Monday - and
I've also never seen an autoresponder service offering as many as 52 follow-up messages.
The tracking, subscriber stats, demographic data and search facilities are great
bonuses too.
Also, I'm delighted with the way the ezine appears when sent out. It's in html and I
used to get all kinds of strange formatting problems appearing seemingly out of nowhere,
even if I had tested it x amount of times. This was really nerve-wracking as I could
never count on it appearing 100% perfect. But with RapidReply it has come out
perfect each time and I am really happy.

The Rapidreply system has been a lifesaver . Just the time saved alone has made publishing
my newsletter half the work it used to be. I send an issue daily, and using a group mailer
worked, but in hours instead of minutes. I found the tools to be especially useful and the
ease of operation has been great. I would highly recommend this to anyone publishing an
ezine.

Having heard all of the horror stories of changing list servers, I kept putting it off.
Then one Saturday night, my list server made a policy change that forced me to leave. I
contacted Chris at RapidReply on Saturday night at 9:30 pm and by 8:00 am on Sunday
morning, my list was loaded and I was up and running. The RapidReply system offers so much
more than my former list server and is simple to use. Add the fifty autoresponders that
are available and this is quite a package. Chris, I can never say thanks enough. I just

I've used a TON of different auto-responder managers out there and
I must say that I prefer ByReply.com The speed of response is so much better than
many of the others I have used and the cost is the best on the Internet! I have
shifted my entire business response systems to ByReply.com and I'm already saving over
$30 a month. I know that it's not much but that sort of monthly charge adds up.
Small business owners need to watch every penny and your system caters to them!
With Rapid Reply I'm getting BETTER response times, instant notification, and
enjoying a much simpler web-based admin system. Well done Chris and keep me posted on
anything else that you decide to develop.

I just sent an email off to an ezine publisher who was complaining about the
shoddy service he was getting from his autoresponder provider. I told him how great rreply
was. This reminded that I had never told you, so I'm telling ya ==> you guys are
great!!! I was paying out over $25/MO to a provider who wasn't giving anything more than I

I have I think 4 or 5 free accounts with you (1 account
I am planning to upgrade soon), and 2 paid ones (one for
my ezine for writers and one for my e-mail workshop for
writers, Daily Writes).
I only use 2 autoresponder companies actually -- yours
and Parabots.com. And when people ask me about a good
autoresponder company, I send them both to RapidReply
and Parabots. I've tested others and RapidReply and
Parabots are the easiest to set up and use. (I actually
transferred a number of my follow up content from
another autoresponder company to ByReply.com.)
